Follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) therapy is a potential treatment option in idiopathic infertile men with normal FSH levels. In fact, a recent Cochrane meta-analysis showed that FSH treatment of men affected by idiopathic oligozoospermia significantly improves pregnancy rate.
